Your privacy matters.

We collect the account name and verified email you provide, event information, uploaded photos, optional phone/contact details, payment references and interaction records needed to prepare your event page.

Original photos, payment screenshots and private previews are available only to the account owner and authorised site admin. Published reaction photos and approved wishes are public and can be copied by viewers.

Photo editing is manual and may use external editing tools with your booking consent. Google sign-in supplies the selected account’s identity, not your Gmail inbox or your date of birth. Birthday details and reminder consent are requested separately.

Birthday reminder emails are optional and include an unsubscribe link. Necessary sign-in, booking and payment emails are separate. Session cookies keep sign-in and your private reaction name working.

Contact support@palnotes.com for correction, deletion or questions. Retention and deletion requests are handled manually, including relevant backups and records that must be retained.
